  2. 2 onion

  3. 1 stalk celery

  4. 3 cloves garlic

  5. 1 can crushed tomatoes

  6. 1 cup vegetable stock

  7. 2 cups chicken broth

  8. 2 tbsp olive oil

  9. 2 tbsp butter or margarine

  10. pepper

  11. oregano

  12. bay leaf

    The recipe calls for two large yellow bell peppers. One cup of diced onions. Two and a half cups of diced potatoes. Half a cup of diced celery. Two cups of chicken broth. One quart of canned corn. Three cups of diced tomatoes. One and a quarter cups of shredded cheese. A half a teaspoon of pepper. You can make a large batch of the soup and freeze it for future use. Just reheat in a stockpot on the stove.

    There is no fish, potatoes or tomatoes in their soup.
    Ate some last night.
    It is collard greens, navy beans, black beans, onion, chicken broth and Conecah sausage cut very small.
    Salt, pepper and a little Tobasco.
    Plain delicious!
